Our aromatic cedar shoe trees feature dual-spring brass tubes and a split-toe mechanism that flexes in both length and width to preserve the silhouette of all footwear—from benchmade Goodyear-welted leather shoes (such as Church's, Crockett & Jones, or Loake) to casual pairs and boots. Select your standard UK shoe size. If you take a half size (e.g. UK 9.5), we recommend sizing down for structured dress shoes, loafers, and finer leathers to maintain shape without over-tensioning the welt, or selecting your nearest full size for wider fittings and boots.
Which shoe brush should I use for suede, leather, or outsoles?
We recommend using the right bristle stiffness for the material to clean thoroughly without scratching or stripping the finish: Soft Horsehair Brush: Best for daily dusting and buffing smooth calfskins, dress shoes, and delicate leather uppers without causing micro-scratches. Crepe or Brass Wire Brush: Engineered specifically for suede and nubuck to lift trapped dust, erase matting, and restore the natural nap. Firm Bristle Brush: Ideal for heavy-duty cleaning on Goodyear welts, textured rands, midsoles, and outsoles to dislodge compacted dirt and road grime.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
All UK orders placed before 3:00 PM Monday to Saturday are packed and dispatched the same day from our UK facility via Royal Mail or other tracked courier.
Can I return items if they do not fit?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return window on all unused footwear accessories and care hardware, provided items remain in their original, undamaged packaging. Return postage is covered by the customer. To make the process as seamless as possible, our team can generate a prepaid UK return label for you upon request, and the postage fee will be deducted directly from your final refund once the return is received and inspected.
