Selling to Us Terms and Conditions

1. Agree on a price.

2. Decide on payout method. There are 3 options: PayPal Goods and Services, bank transfer and store credit. Please note as we need to authenticate all shoes, 1 working day is required before payout will be confirmed. If store credit is the selected payout method, we will add 10% to the agreed price.

3. a) For PayPal Goods and Services, payment will be made immediately subject to authentication. Note, the Paypal Goods and Services fee will be deducted from the payout.

b) For bank transfers, payment will be made once items arrive and subject to authentication.

c) For store credit, payment will be made in the form of gift cards that will be sent to the sellers email address (10% extra will be paid out on the agreed cash price) once items arrive and subject to authentication.

4. In the event that a shoe is determined to be a replica, then we will return the shoe but only once the seller has paid for the return postage.

5. Sellers must pay for postage and it is up to the seller to ensure safe arrival of the item. We recommend using a tracked service.

a) Items must be double boxed in transit.

b) Boxes must be in good condition unless previously agreed otherwise. we reserve the right to return the product at the sellers return expense.

6. We may not accept all brands or models but are open to all enquiries. We may refuse to buy your shoes if you have a history of sending replica items or not appropriately packaging items in transit.

7. In order to open an enquiry to sell, please, DM us on any of our social media channels or email us at customerservice@cherrypickedkicks.co.uk. It will be necessary to provide photo’s of the shoe and box prior to an agreement being made.
