Shipping & Fulfillment Policy
All orders are packed and dispatched directly from our UK fulfillment warehouse using Royal Mail Tracked delivery services.
1. Same-Day Dispatch Cutoff
Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM GMT Monday through Saturday are dispatched the same day (excluding UK bank holidays). As soon as your consignment is handed to Royal Mail, an automated shipping confirmation email with live tracking details is issued.
2. UK Shipping Rates & Delivery Speeds
Orders Over £10:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–3 Working Days — FREE
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1–2 Working Days — £1.50
- Royal Mail Special Delivery (By 1:00 PM): Next Working Day by 1:00 PM — £10.00
Orders Under £10:
- Standard 2nd Class (Delivery Confirmation): 3–5 Working Days — £1.00
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–3 Working Days — £2.00
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1–2 Working Days — £3.00
3. Courier Flexibility & Service Continuity
Royal Mail is our designated logistics carrier. Unless a specific guaranteed service is selected at checkout (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1:00 PM), we reserve the right to arrange an alternative reputable courier (such as DPD or UPS) to bypass regional industrial action or network congestion. Any alternative courier arranged will always match or exceed the delivery speed of the service purchased.
4. Transit Loss & Damage Guarantee
Cherry Picked Kicks Limited takes full responsibility for your package during transit. In the rare event an item is lost or arrives damaged, we conduct an immediate carrier investigation and provide a priority replacement or full refund.
5. International Shipments & Customs
International delivery is arranged on request. Any applicable destination import duties, customs charges, or local processing fees remain the responsibility of the recipient.
