Our Blue Replacement Trainer Insoles are designed to be a suitable replacement for most major brand insoles. The insoles are manufactured from a high density Poron foam which is durable, long lasting and shapes to the foot. The insoles have good shock absorption properties and are very much analogous to major branded insoles and make for a nice swap out pair.
These insoles can optionally be cut to size. They feature cutting guide lines that indicate the EU size and where to cut should this be necessary. We do find however that it is often the case that insoles will naturally find a nice fit inside the shoe and cutting will not be necessary if the closest size match is used.
Our insoles are sized by EU size, however we have converted our sizes to UK for ease. If you would like to be sure these insoles will fit your shoes, we recommend you checking the EU size on the inside of your shoes and choosing the corresponding size in the size guide below.
