Cherry Picked Kicks offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Return Shipping
As an independent boutique, return shipping costs are covered by the customer. We provide two straightforward methods for handling your return:
1. Self-Serve: Request a return via your customer account. Once approved, you may arrange tracked postage via your preferred courier.
2. Pre-Paid Label: Contact our team to request a quote for a tracked return label. If accepted, we will email the label to you, and the cost will be deducted from your final refund.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@cherrypickedkicks.co.uk so we can resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
