30-Day return options for the Cherry Picked community.
30-Day Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.
Small Business Note
As a small independent boutique, return shipping costs are covered by the customer. We offer two ways to handle the return postage.
Return Options
Choose the method that is most convenient for you:
Self-Serve (You Arrange Postage)
Log in to your Customer Account and request a return. Once approved, you can purchase your own tracked shipping label through your preferred courier and drop the item off at a designated point.
Pre-Paid Label (Deducted from Refund)
Message us via Instagram or Email to request a return. We will provide a quote for a tracked return label. If you accept the cost, we will email the label to you for you to print and drop off. The agreed label cost will be deducted from your final refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days (minus any agreed label costs if Option 2 was selected).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or is the incorrect product, please contact support@cherrypickedkicks.co.uk immediately. In these specific cases, we will provide a pre-paid return label at no cost to you.
