Same Day Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders on the same business day if ordered before 3:00 PM. We primarily use Royal Mail, but may utilize equivalent premium couriers if necessary to avoid delays.
Delivery Security
All high-value orders are sent via tracked and insured services to ensure your kicks arrive safely. We monitor all shipments until they are confirmed as delivered.

Service Flexibility
While Royal Mail is our preferred partner, we reserve the right to use alternative reputable couriers (such as DPD, EVRI, or UPS) in cases of service disruptions, strikes, or localized delivery issues. We will always ensure the alternative service matches or exceeds the speed of the service you selected.
Damaged or Lost Items
Cherry Picked Kicks takes full responsibility for your items during transit. If an item is lost or arrives damaged, we will investigate with the courier and provide a full refund where delivery cannot be confirmed.
Import & Customs
For any international requests, the customer is responsible for all import taxes, customs fees, and local charges incurred at the destination.
